Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Because soap is a personal-care product, opened or used bars cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, email gauravbasra@gmail.com before sending anything back. Approved returns should be sent to: Ikigai Internationals, Building No. 220, Dorli Bhingare, Nag MD 17, Chargaon, Maharashtra 441302, India. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly with your order number and photos if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

European Union cooling-off period

When an order is delivered into the European Union, applicable consumers may cancel or return eligible goods within 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting an approved return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at gauravbasra@gmail.com.
