Ikigai Internationals prepares and dispatches orders from Maharashtra, India.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, preparation can take longer.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available destinations, shipping services, charges, and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address. Delivery estimates are provided by Shopify or the selected carrier and are not guaranteed.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs inspections, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Address changes

Review the delivery address before placing an order. Contact gauravbasra@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delays, loss, or damage

If an order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, contact us with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our refund policy.
